GRAVIATOR K12 production and distribution can be set up world-wide in any country.
There have been planned 3 business areas:
a) the manufacturer
b) the distributor
c) Installing and maintenance
MANUFACTURER
The producer (factory) is selling units to the distributor (leasing) at a price per unit at approx. 19.200,- €
DISTRIBUTOR
The distributor is letting the units to the end-consumer selling electricity per kWh. A price below 10 cents per kWh is planned – for example 12 cents / 14 hrs day and 7 cents / 10 hrs night.
INSTALLING
The installer is handling the installation and maintenance at the end-customer. For an installation (delivery – drilling – installing – connecting) a fee of approx. 1.000,- €/unit is calculated. For this it needs a special vehicle. Estimated are 2 installations per day. With a daily factory output of 30 units approx. 15 installation vehicles + reserve are needed.
BECOME A MANUFACTURER
The amount of investment runs up to 13,5 mio € to raise a regional factory (without real-estate) for a series production including the BAWAC water treatment unit. The needed surface runs to 4.300 m² roofed area and approx. 3.000 m² open land.
The time schedule to series production (manufacturing plant set up) is 14 months.
The production is scheduled at 6.300 units/yr (first year 2.500 units) in one shift (can be extended to 3 shifts per day).
The number of required staff depends on the daily unit production and the state of automatization. With a production of 6.300 units per yr. and an advanced series-production set-up approx. 355 members of staff are needed according to the present developed material-flow plans.
A further investment of 5 mio. € is needed for the production of installation-units. This includes the development and production of a drilling / installation / maintenance unit. A dynamic ultra-sonic-system is planned to facilitate 2 installations within 8 hours.

BECOME AN ENERGY- DISTRIBUTOR
The distributor is working hand in hand with the regional factory. Distributors only task is to place the produced units in the market. His activity is similar to a vending machine operator or entrepreneur.
The distributor is letting the units to the end-consumer selling electricity per kWh. A price below 10 cents per kWh is planned – for example 12 cents / 14 hrs day and 7 cents / 10 hrs night. The distributor has a very lucrative position because he is on one side leasing the units and on the other side letting the units to consumers. The income due to sales of kilo-watts prevail substantially the cost of leasing.
